With respect for our staff and other guests, here’s what we ask of you when booking your time with us:
Your reservation is a special time set aside just for you. To make time for other guests and accommodate our spa professionals, we require 24 hours notice for any changes. All reservations must be secured with a credit card. We will always utilize our wait list in order to help prevent charges. However, cancellations made less than twenty four hours in advance will incur a fifty percent charge. No-shows are charged in full. Keep in mind that arriving late for a spa service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
*Please note, all spa packages must be scheduled over the phone with our spa coordinators
